He holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Education from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. His academic career reflects a strong interdisciplinary orientation, integrating quantitative modeling, policy analysis, and technology-enabled research for sustainable development. Dr. Opoku-Mensah has published over 34 peer-reviewed journal articles and contributed to high-impact research on energy transition, environmental sustainability, climate policy, and institutional governance. His work has gained international recognition, attracting hundreds of citations and informing scholarly debates across continents. In addition to his academic contributions, he has served as a Research Professor and Scientist, leading funded research projects, mentoring graduate scholars, and advancing collaborative, cross-disciplinary initiatives.
